Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How long does shipping take?
Order before 11:59 pm, and your order will be shipped within 1–2 working days. You will receive a Track & Trace from us.

What are the return rules?

  • You can return a product for any reason within 30 days—no questions asked.
  • We do not charge a return or handling fee.
  • The customer is only responsible for the cost of the return label.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
We will process your refund within 14 days. Your bank may take an additional 7 business days to credit your account.
