Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as when received.
  2. Normal handling of the product is acceptable; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
  3. Products requiring hygiene (e.g., personal care items) must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
  4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. The customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps to initiate the returns process:

  1. Send an email to support@harlow-hyde.com.
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photo of the product (in the case of breakage)
    • First name and last name of the customer
    • Customer address

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the return address. Do not send the return to the sender's address; we will provide the correct address. Customers are always responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party authorised by you (excluding the carrier), receive the last item in your order.

Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon placement. As such, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once it begins. Refunds will only be processed after the goods have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Harlow & Hyde, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by providing a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal will be considered effective once we have received the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods must be covered by the buyer.

Returns for Shipments in Transit
As our goods may be shipped from overseas, there can be extended transit times beyond our control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods before returning them to us. You may notify us of your intent to cancel in advance.

To ensure a quick return process, we request that you provide proof of return shipping.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs and any additional costs incurred by selecting a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery offered by us). Refunds will be processed promptly and no later than 14 days after we receive both your notice of withdrawal and the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.
